Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I ask for this time to be respected so that I can provide the best care to all my clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer that time slot to another client who may be waiting for support.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of $180.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not communicate with me, you will be charged the full $180 fee.

Important Note regarding Insurance: Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments or late cancellation fees. You will be personally responsible for paying this fee in full.

Exceptions may be made for true emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
