Hello, I’m Estela.
I help people rediscover their strength and regain their balance in a chaotic world.
Life has a way of throwing us off balance. Whether you are navigating a painful life transition, having trouble coping with daily stressors, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself—you are not alone. A high number of people experience these feelings, but often, they just need a gentle reminder of who they are to rediscover their potential.
Estela Alejandre, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), but more importantly, I am a partner in your journey. My practice is built on a foundation of empathy and non-judgment. I don’t believe in "fixing" you, because you aren't broken. Instead, I meet you exactly where you are, helping you clear the path so you can move forward with confidence.
My Philosophy / The "Holistic" Approach
Healing the Whole Person I believe true balance comes when we address the Mind, Body, and Soul. Standard therapy often stops at the mind, but I like to go deeper. By integrating evidence-based clinical methods with holistic practices, we can find strategies that actually work for your life.
- 🌿 Nature & Mindfulness: I believe in the healing power of connecting with nature and staying present. We will use mindfulness to help ground you when life feels chaotic.
- 📖 Journaling & Reflection: Through writing and reflective listening, we will explore your emotions and thoughts to uncover patterns and find clarity.
- ✨ Spiritual Integration: For clients who desire it, I offer Christian Counseling. I specialize in integrating prayer and faith with therapy. Note: This is always client-led. I welcome and respect people of all cultures and beliefs.
I Am Best Positioned to Serve Adults Navigating:
- Life Transitions: Going to college, changing jobs, marriage, divorce, or moving.
- Emotional Wellness: Anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.
- Personal Struggles: Grief/loss, relationship problems, and parenting stress.
- Trauma & Pain: Domestic violence recovery, caregiver stress, and coping with chronic illness.
I know that making the first appointment can be intimidating. You might be worried about opening up to a stranger.
I want to reassure you: It is through your first step that success will come.
In our first session together, there is no pressure to "perform" or have all the answers. My only focus is establishing a connection with you and getting to know each other. Together, we will identify your strengths and build a roadmap to help you feel like yourself again.
